    Op een bijzondere plek aan de Korte Heuvel hebben verleden en heden elkaar gevonden in De Slijterij. Het pand dat vroeger dienst deed als slijterij is na een paar voorzichtige pogingen van illustere voorgangers in 2010 omarmd door Michel Engel. Een bekend gezicht in Horeca Tilburg en vandaag de dag nog steeds energiek aanjager van de sfeer in De Slijterij.
